For customer service, email your order number to [email protected].

Include your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of your question. We aim to respond within a few business days.

You will receive shipment and tracking information once your order ships.

• Orders are dropshipped after payment is confirmed through Stripe.
• Processing typically takes 1–3 business days; delivery estimates vary by destination and supplier.
• Verify your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Customers outside Canada are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges on delivery. Amounts vary by country.

Refused packages are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once handed to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have an order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes responsibility for claims made with the shipping carrier. Contact customer service with any questions regarding carrier claims.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Change-of-mind returns depend on item condition and supplier rules. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds Policy and Store Terms of Sale.

To provide the best customer service, order concerns must be received in writing within 30 days of placing the order or within 7 days of delivery, whichever is later.

• An order is confirmed after successful payment through Stripe.
• Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.
• Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on international deliveries are the customer's responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Content on the Website is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute store content except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

• Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems.

naibl.ca, naibl store, branding, and Website content are owned by naibl.ca or its licensors. Product images and descriptions may belong to suppliers and are used for retail display.

The Website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any store order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

By using this Website and placing orders, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have consent from a parent or guardian.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
