Store Terms of Sale

These Store Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through store.naibl.ca. They supplement our Terms and Privacy Policy.

• All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
• We may correct pricing errors before accepting an order.
• An order is confirmed after successful payment through Stripe.
• Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.
• Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on international orders are the customer's responsibility unless disclosed otherwise at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge for the order total displayed.

You will receive shipment and tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for your address, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

All sales final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order is placed.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada or the laws of your place of residence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any store order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
