Because products are dropshipped from third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. Mandatory consumer protections in your province, state, or country may still apply where they cannot be waived by contract.
Refused packages
Refused packages are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once handed to the carrier.
- Customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship an order, if available.
- The buyer assumes responsibility for claims made with the shipping carrier.
Order concerns
To help us provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Governing law
Our policies are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada but do not override non-waivable rights you may have where you live.
